I cant download on microsoft store pc

I can't download any Store app to my D drive. As soon as the download starts it stops and I get an error message saying "Something went wrong. The error code is 0x". However, when i try installing an app to my C drive my system partition it installs and runs without any problems.

This did not fix it. After performing the clean boot method 3 I still got the same error when trying to download an app. I then tried running the App Store troubleshooter. I got a message saying 'cache and licenses may be corrupted'. I ran WSReset. After I run it the store opens, but I don't receive any "cache was cleared" message like indicated here.
