Dompdf is not working is download empty pdf

Sorry it looks like I misunderstood your query.. I have tried myself and it is working for me. I m doing as below. Hope it will help.. I tried stripping the view markup back to basics removing tables and such but it still fails.

Very strange indeed. The same template and data attaches as an uncorrupt PDF no problem, but when downloaded directly, it produces a corrupt file every time. I am just guessing..
